[Feature Request] Restrict Flowchart View links to currently filtered notes

While the Flowchart View is currently working as designed, I would like to propose a feature to improve the visualization of filtered data. Currently, even when notes are filtered, the view displays links to notes outside of that filter.

For example, if I have a view filtered for books on a specific subject, I want to see how those specific books link to each other. However, the current view displays many external links to non-filtered notes, which clutters the graph.

Suggested Improvements:

Add an option to restrict the Flowchart View to show only links between the notes currently visible in the filter.
