I'm not keen enough but I assume, in some time the flatpak package "stable" get updated and then doesn't trigger the warning message anymore.

@robin-nitrokey Thanks for updating! Tried your test release and everything works fine (until now :) ).
@geoW-n You have to remove the stable release to remove the warning flatpak remove com.nitrokey.nitrokey-app2, then choose the stable from the list, finally run flatpak remove --unused to clean up. Or remove the test release and wait for the new stable (which hopefully comes soon).
