Show subscribed-to packages in notification #835
Description
As a user of the security tracker, I want to know which packages are affected when I get notified about them showing up in a suggestion, in order to know what to follow up on.
Acceptance criteria
Given I subscribed to a set of packages,
When a subset of those packages are linked in a suggestion (and a distinct set of packages I'm not subscribed to),
Then the notification for that suggestion will display that subset (but not that other set).
