phosh: move module out of xserver #499593
Description
phosh is a wayland desktop manager, but its NixOS module is in nixos/modules/services/x11/desktop-managers/phosh.nix and its options are under services.xserver.desktopManager.phosh. That's confusing, would be good to to move those out of x11/xserver.
