[Test] Failure of test_autonlinear_longer_horizon test in .circleci/config.yml #1385

What happened + What you expected to happen
The test_autonlinear_longer_horizon test failed in circlrci run (appear to get stuck in https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/Nixtla/neuralforecast/2672/workflows/5fad6262-8e5b-4921-8364-6c877cb508c7/jobs/6728/artifacts).
Suspect this may be due to Ray optimizer and there is a subtle environment setting that prevents this.
The test could be completed using Ubuntu/Windows platform setting on Github CI runs though.
