I cannot find the code for learning the Label propagation algorithm in the paper of "Semi-Supervised Frame-Semantic Parsing for Unknown Predicates".

That code is somewhere in the old version of SEMAFOR. I've never used it, so I'm not 100% sure where. I would look in the identification dir, possibly LinDekNeighbors.java? Dipanjan Das would know.
