Add advanced scan types and process icon extraction

Introduces new scan types (Bigger, Smaller, Range, Unknown) and refactors the scanner logic to support them, including value and range-based comparisons. Adds process icon extraction on Windows, returning a base64-encoded PNG for each process in the GUI. Also improves Windows memory handle management and exposes raw process handles for platform-specific operations. Updates dependencies and configuration for image/icon handling in the GUI.
