(Feature Request) Third Party Traffic Regulations

I’ve long thought a highly needful reference is a comprehensive list and chart of third party traffic regulations by country: which countries allow traffic with whom. Instructions on traffic typically are aimed at Hans from this country or that, and are rarely compleat. I’ve yet to see such a reference, but it seems an obvious inclusion here.

I yes, adding this feature within the booklet will be complex. Actually, I want to keep the booklet global to all regions or country. So, adding it would require to: detail the regulation for each country, and keep it updated.

Righto, that sort of thing. Perhaps a table with ❌ or ✅ for the major agreements? There must be supranational clusters for this, though I’ve never seen them detailed.
