Add f3d, vtk, assimp versions in about box

This would be very useful for debugging, and it would make reporting bugs against f3d easier.

This can be worked around by running:
```sh
$ flatpak run --command=cat  io.github.nokse22.Exhibit /app/manifest.json
```
