Switch from TypeChain to ABIType

I noticed that TypeChain has been marked as deprecated (see the soft deprecation notice in their README). However, it's still being used in hardhat-toolbox. Should we consider migrating from TypeChain to ABIType, which is recommended in TypeChain's README?

For Hardhat 3 we will continue to support test suites built on ethers. In the Alpha, currently, we have kept Typechain in the mix even though it is deprecated, to make for a very easy migration.
In the Hardhat 3 build pipeline we generate typescript types for use in hardhat-viem. One option would be to try and leverage those types as a replacement for Typechain, but no decision has been made yet in that direction.
