Delete *.basex* Files

I would delete all the deploy/TEMPLATE_FILE.basex* files and probably purge them from the repository. Especially .basexgui and .basexhistory contain your executed queries, so maybe there is also sensitive information here.
And they certainly have no value for other users.

Also, the directories release-identification and schematron do not seem to have purpose for this project. Especially if they contain commercially licensed source code it would strongly recommend to delete them and purge them from the history.
