Poll: Remove milestones for the noresm3_dev_simulations repository?

I suggest to remove the milestone NorESM2.5. For this repository, we do not necessarily close issues once a tag has been made, so I suggest not to use milestones for this repository, instead rely only on labels.

Milestones would be nice but I think they are tied to issues and PRs being closed so not quite right for this repo.

It seems there were no objections against removing milestones in this project, so I will go ahead with this.
