Output from MLST is not tab separated #41
Description
It seems that the output from the ARIBA MLST is not tab separated on the allele values. Thus, the output from Bifrost is only tab separated between the isolate name and the alleles, with spaces between the alleles. This is an issue when importing the results into f. ex. R.
