Håkon might have also some opinions - as you had made nice qualities stats for his phD.
Description Issue: Do we have this option ?
When assembling many isolates at once, that would be good to have the possibility to have as ouput.
- A DataTable to filter out assemblies that are not of quality judged satisfactory (? eg. From Quast stats ?)
- A DataTable for reads stats (I think multiQC can output a table ? - Camilla asked me once to have such a table)
This can help discarding isolates from further analyses when we launch Bifrost on many isolates,
and then also can allow to provide this kind of information for publication.
