add_MT_omrader assign two MT-avdelinger to Kinn kommune #80
Description
Kinn kommune is diveded on two MT-avdelinger. This duplicates rows and can make problems for summarising data.
Are there any way to solve this?
Use postal code? Will not be accuarate but will probably solve most cases.
Use coordinates? Depends on coordinates being known. may take long time.
For both additional tables/shape files must be added to have sufficient information available.
