MLST Error and Speed Test with SSI

Background: MLST pipline produces two output files. And, it failes for some samples since they dont produce two output files as expected. Newer than Galaxy 21.09 has this bug fixed. So, we decided to test with Galaxy 22.05 at SSI.

I sent the galaxy workflow (.ga) file for our MLST pipeline and also the two test data (with anonymous names) which fails in VIGASP.

Results:

1. We tested with two test datasets and the there was no errors.
2. And, it took only about 9-10 mins for each run.
