feat(scope): Accept donations

Current problem

After the death of rarbg, out of of thousands of people who used it only a few people came forward to create and contribute to nq-rarbg, ofcourse the major reason is that it's a non profitable job.

Proposed solution

However I believe that even the current maintainers would also find it hard to maintain it forever, as such there should be an incentive for the future contributors like you could use the donated money to set up bounties for bugs and feature requests(I believe newpipe already does this)

That's the point of it, you see you can't make contributors to the site currently because you are busy irl, but if you accept donations and put up a bounty for someone to do the remaining work, it may be done faster
