Slow escape key

For some reason, escaping from insert mode with Escape key is very slow, but using for example better-escape is instant, i tried changing tm and disabling some plugins, and the situation stands.

probably you have a keymap on escape, what does :imap <Esc> show?

No mapping found

Maybe it actually have something to do with running nixos in virtual machine, because escaping for example fzf is, i think, also much slower than on my main machine.

Actually this was tmux issue, doubt anyone with this problem will stumble on this thread, but here is what fixed it for me.
