IR signals break on dry mode

Attempting to set AC to dry prevents new IR signals from sending until box is restarted.  
Likely some sort of soft crash from disallowed settings (any temperature defined?) causing it to think we are still emitting signal.  
Possibly coincidence, but we'll find out if it's consistently a problem.
