Notsobot not responding

Every day about once or twice at different times of day I've checked to see if notsobot and I've heard from some people it only works a half hour a day but when I have tried when I have my free time it doesn't work at all.

The old bot (that uses commands with the prefix .) is basically dead. Use the prefix .. for the new, re-write bot.
