"Remove forced (Prowlarr) from indexer name" not applied to Content Lines

In my Sonarr and Radarr integrations, I have enabled the option to "Remove forced (Prowlarr) from indexer name". Within the Discord messages, this works fine. I have also set the Content Lines of notifications to include {indexer}, and there it is not removed. Shouldn't this setting apply there as well?
