Breaks charge display (using the durability gauge) of Industrial Craft 2 energy items

I've narrowed this issue down to just Industrial Craft 2 + Stellar Core (+ MixinBooter/ConfigAnytime):

Happens both on Forge and Cleanroom.

Sorry for the noise, I've just realized that this is an intentional feature. I've looked through the config but failed to find the setting due to its section being labeled ic2 instead of industrialcraft2 like elsewhere.

Whoops, so there still is an issue - turning features.ic2.ElectricItemNonDurability on adds a nice replacement indicator, but in its default position of false the durability gauge is still removed (without any kind of replacement) as seen in the screenshot above. I'm pretty sure that when turned off (default) the durability display is supposed to remain unchanged.
