I have noticed that the preview size in prefab mode is not always editable. In my tests, editing was only available when the prefab didn't have a screenspace component. If there is a screenspace component, it becomes greyed out but the value doesn't reflect the reference value in the screenspace component.
"reference resolution is 1920x1080, fill mode at "fixed width"
Since all the UI in the project I am working on is not going to be in screenspace I wanted to create a base prefab that has a screenspace component so anytime we have to create a UI we create a variant of the base prefab so the screenspace settings stay consistent.
The issue I am having with this is that if the screenspace component is at the root of the prefab it doesn't let me edit the preview. Is there a way to make it editable?
Ideally what would help is to have a checkmark in the preview area that could be like "Match reference resolution" One can tap that to match the screenspace resolution or uncheck to edit the preview resolution.
