TextBlock custom images?

I need custom images in my text.
I use a TextBlock, and i created a Sprite Asset.
I set the sprite asset as default in the project settings.

In Canvas UI it works perfectly, but when i try <sprite=3> in the text of my TextBlock.. it shows a gray square.

How can i add custom images in my text?
