Do you plan to support SVGs? and through which method? (vector graphics, ..) I believe in today's world, SVG support is essential to creating great UIs. Huge respect for everything you are doing, and we are here to contribute as much as possible. |

SVG support is not currently on our roadmap, so do please create a new feature request if it's something you'd like to see added to Nova in the future! With that said, in the spirit of transparency, we don't recommend making any bets on this one landing any time in the near future (3-6+ months). Proper SVG support would be a rather large undertaking, since it's a substantial spec and even Unity's out-of-box SVG support borders on non-existent - so any implementation on our end would be mostly starting from scratch. What we would likely prioritize to unblock this (and other more complex/"project-specific" rendering features) is to add support for custom meshes/shaders. That way, other existing solutions could be used in conjuction with Nova to unlock a wide range of scenarios. |
