Border width configurable per side (top, bottom left, right)

Creating a feature request, per this conversation.

Request is for individual control over the width of a UIBlock2D's border on a per-side basis, such that a border can have different widths along the top, left, bottom, and right edge.

That said, in the meantime, there are two relatively simple options that can be used to achieve a similar visual effect today:

1. Using a parent UIBlock2D as the "border" around its child and then moving the child within its parent
2. Using a drop shadow with a 0 (or very small) blur value and adjusting its offset

Thanks - also to be able to have the same for corner curved edges - be able to have individually selectable curves per corner. So you can have a rounded top edge, but a flat bottom edge, for example.

Similar to the corner edges and configurable border width. we could also have the option to choose how many sides could have a border.
