Breaking Change: UIControls

As of version 1.0.3, the UIControls that were previously in a separate sample repo are now included with Nova (now in several styles). We hope that this improves the out-of-box experience for new users, however, this means that if the UIControls from the sample repo have been imported into a project, they need to be deleted before upgrading Nova to avoid namespace conflicts.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we made sure that the meta files of all of the prefabs and scripts match between the old sample repo and the controls bundled with Nova, so the process should just be:

1. Delete existing UIControls that were imported from the sample repo
2. Upgrade Nova
