New Community Discord Server!

Hey folks!

It's been a very common request, so we're excited to announce that we've created a Discord server for the Nova community!

While @adgray1 and I may chime in from time to time, realistically we're unable to provide real-time support 24/7, so the primary channels for "reaching the devs" should still be here on Github (or via email for more sensitive questions).

However, the Nova Discord server will provide an opportunity for new and experienced Nova users alike to ask and answer questions, receive and provide general Unity assistance, collaborate, share code snippets or projects, brainstorm, etc. -- (optimistically) with a faster response time than waiting to hear from us (the Nova developers) directly.

We hope you'll all join the conversation, chime in when you have useful insights, and help us build a stronger Nova community together!

The invite URL seems to have expired, is there another one available?

We don't think this message means the invite expired, and we were able to join with a test account just now as well.

Combing through this reddit thread (or others which can be found with some additional googling) might have some useful suggestions to troubleshoot, but it looks like the general sentiment is it may be a Discord login issue. A few follow up questions:

1. Are you already logged in to Discord in your browser, and are your credentials saved?
2. Could you try installing the Discord app, logging in there, and then seeing if the invite link asks you to launch the app?

I already have the discord app and I didn't get prompted to launch it on clicking the accept button. As for the login issue, 2 days ago I had a similar issue with another Discord server and it turned out to be a problem with the link either expiring or exceeding the max number of invitees. Once I was handed a fresh link, I was able to join the server with no issue whatsoever.

UPDATE**: I have found a different method to join. I copied the invitation link and manually joined the server from the desktop app instead of relying on the browser to redirect me. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for your time!
