OnHover events don't fire while left mouse button is held

I've tested this to the point where I can't find anything I'm doing that could be causing this.

Simply put, while the left mouse button is pressed, the OnHover or OnUnhover gesture I'm trying doesn't fire.

I don't have any OnClick or OnPressed gestures active that are messing with it. Other mouse buttons don't cause this issue.

How can we get "Drag + Hover" functionality using Nova API, then?
