Scroller Paging Support

Is there any way to achieve paging by using Scroller or snapping an item on release?

scroller.ScrollToIndex(index) lets you scroll to a specific list item. If all your items are the same size, and you know how many items fit within a "page", you can do something like this to scroll to a target page:

// "page" here would be 0-indexed
scroller.ScrollToIndex(page * itemsPerPage);

Worth noting that scrollToIndex won't scroll if the target-index item is already in view. For that reason, "snapping" to an item already in view would be a bit trickier, but it could be done using scroller.Scroll(delta).

Since scroller.Scroll(delta) doesn't animate like scrollToIndex, creating the animated effect would involve taking the total distance you want to scroll and breaking it up over however many frames you want the animation to last:

// This would be called once per frame over "animationFrameCount" number of frames
scroller.Scroll(totalDistance / animationFrameCount);

What if the number of items is not exact and you use spacing?
Could this be implemented into NovaUI itself?

I'm trying to achieve 2 things here:

Firstly is to be able to make the items snap on scroll event end (after the scroll bar is let go, to scroll to the nearest item present. So that I am not left with something like this:

Secondly, is to be able to move the scroll bar to a selected item. Basically on click/select the scrollbar would scroll to the item to the top.

Are these 2 things possible?
