A data binding component that allows full control of the items position.

Why is this needed?

Data binding is a powerful feature set of NovaUI that comes out of the box with the ListView and GridView. However, not all screen elements are organized in a list or grid. Occasionally, more advanced control of the position of its elements is needed.
