I'd lean towards no, because my questions haven't been answered in 2 weeks (I tagged)
Part that sucks is that the actual project is private, so the community can't contribute and add/fix/change the things requested

Nova devs, why is Nova UI on sale right now instead of open sourced if abandoned? Has it been left in a production ready state? Buy or no buy?

What a shame this was, I was really excited I finally found a UI system that could mask smoothly.

What a scam, if you're going to release a proprietary plugin, you better be expected to respond to paying users. If you don't want to work on it anymore, at least release the code.

If you look at the plugin in Unity, all the code is there. All someone would need to do is upload it to a public repo, and the community can continue to work on it. I know it would be against the developer's wishes, but they are abandoning the upkeep of this project.

That repository would probably get DMCAed in record time because the owners are still there.
To my knowledge, you have to manually submit your asset for it to go on sale during events (ie: Christmas).
So basically they are still there, pretending not to be, and are juicing the asset still despite no longer maintaining it.
