Linear Fill in Visuals options

I wish there was a linear fill option in the visuals setting for UI Blocks. A linear fill for example to create a simple health bar like this.

Currently there is a radial fill option which is very useful, I was wondering if this could also be achieved.

uGUI has a useful linear fill option on images that can be used as a reference.

You can achieve this effect already with Radial Fill.

Use these settings:

Then change the Center X percentage value within a range of -50 and 50.
If you want to flip the direction, change the Fill Angle to 180 instead of -180.
