Merge signon buffer fragmentation patch from Quakespasm / Ironwail #701
Description
From vkQuake-vso issue to myself:
- Try to merge sezero/quakespasm@98baeef then sezero/quakespasm@b278c98 (originally from Ironwail)
- Take care of keeping existing demo seeking code working
- No way to test it multiplayer anyway
