Fix MC-162693 and MC-265743

https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-259812, https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-162693, and https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-265743 are all related to rendering of transparent text, MC-259812 already gets fixed by Noxesium but the others ones can get fixed too.

Reopening as these two are not as easily fixable as MC-265743 and the attempted fixes didn't fully work. To fix these properly the way name tags and see through text displays render need to be changed. Both use different techniques that would work if see through render modes worked differently, but in the end neither works well.
