Build instructions

Sorry, I forgot to upload the instructions.
I'll add them up as soon as i get some time.

As far as i remember this should work:

1. Create virtual env and install the dependencies from requirements.txt
2. In the root folder of this project run "python geneticAlgo/testGA3.py" with the env activated

You can tinker with cuisineScore object in testGA3.py so as to change preference for a cuisine.
The sampleMenu is also present as json which acts as the base for this algorithm
