@aortiz-msft We should service this as it'll break our dashboard currently as it's inflating the signal for pruning being disabled pointing to potential problems. |

When I originally wrote the telemetry, pruning was available for .NET Framework in addition to .NET Core App and .NET Standard.
That's no longer the case dotnet/sdk#50816.
