Description

@mashrulhaque

Impact

I cannot publish new package versions to NuGet.org

Describe the bug

Multiple versions of my package EasyAppDev.Blazor.PageCache have been stuck in "Validating" status for several days.

What package(s) are affected?

Affected Versions (stuck in validation for days):

  • 1.0.0-preview.2 - Published: November 22, 2025
  • 1.0.0-preview.3 - Published: November 23, 2025
  • 1.0.0-preview.4 - Published: November 23, 2025
  • 1.0.0-preview.5 - Published: November 24, 2025

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a NuGet package with multi-targeting: <TargetFrameworks>net8.0;net9.0</TargetFrameworks>
  2. Include <FrameworkReference Include="Microsoft.AspNetCore.App" /> in the project
  3. Push package to NuGet.org
  4. Observe validation gets stuck indefinitely

Expected Behavior

Package validation should complete within 15 minutes as documented.

Actual Behavior

Packages remain in "Validating" status for multiple days (72+ hours and counting).
