Increase verbosity when `system.debug` is specified in Azure DevOps

Currently setting system.debug or "Enable system diagnostics" doesn't change the output of NuKeeper. I think it would be great if the NuKeeper task would respect this variable and output with detailed verbosity. This would be much more convenient than editing the pipeline every time one tries to debug NuKeeper on Azure DevOps.
