Failed to create '../BlackOps.exe' process

title. was working just fine when i first installed it, now its just not working at all.

I was experiencing the same issue. Here are the steps I took before resolving it:

1. "Verify integrity of game files" on Steam
2. Repaired "Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable"
3. Reinstalled game_mod
4. Launched "BO_Mods.bat"
5. Did not work, same "Failed to create" issue.

After that, I restarted my PC, as in clicked on "Restart" not just power off and power on. No further additional steps. Launched "BO_Mods.bat" again, and it worked. I wish I understood why this worked. I hope this helps.
