Setting for parallel tasks

A detailed description of the feature you would like to see added.

The docs mention that we can set the default number of parallel tasks in the config file, but I see no such option.
Now I always start with a queue that only runs one task at a time and I always need to remember to increase the parallelism.

Is it currently possible to configure this so that I get parallelism when pueue starts without needing to set it every time?
If not, would you consider adding this?

Huh,

So pueue has a local state that persists in between starts. So groups, their parallelism settings and such should be persisted between runs. They even survive a pueue reset and pueue shutdown.

There's no configuration file setting for parallelism, as groups can be added/removed during runtime and their parallelism level changed at any point. Having a config file on top would be very confusing.

May I ask, where those docs are :D (I couldn't find them at a glance)? Also, why exactly does your parallelism setting reset on every start? It sounds like your whole state is nuked every time?
