Adding custom commands

Hello,
So basicly I'm trying to add some basic commands by myself. I want to import modules such as sqlite3, win32crypt etc.
I've tried a lot of things, but everytime I try to launch the freshly compilmed exe, it crashes with the error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sqlite3'
Any help would be greatly helpful, thanks
