This PR makes the fairly major API name change of
AtmosphereThermodynamicstoThermodynamicConstants. I think the later is more literal and accurate (not all aspects ofAtmosphereThermodynamicsare defined by this object).It also adds a bunch of tests including for the anelastic pressure solver. These are taken from #29 which is being broken into a few smaller PRs.
