Firmware updater is downloading an older version #19
Description
The current version of opencore firmware is OpenCore.3.0.1_20230404, whilst the gilthoniel updater is downloading version 2.2.4.
This is due to the version check being hardcoded in the file http://sabers.amazer.uk/files/firmware/release.php.
Maybe it should be updated to the latest one, or avoid the hardcoding and reimplement the updater so its in some way dynamic, making it future-proof.
There's always the workaround of downloading the firmware and loading it up manually, but for users without IT skills it can be difficult or need some kind of tutorial to do so.
