Generate Message Body #248

Feature request
Allow the posibility of generating a detailed description for either an already written commit message title or a generated one.
Why?
Having a human authored message title along with the changes could allow it to pretty reliably make good descriptions even for complicated commits where it might not clear what the main change was.
