No amount of rest can pass this night, bug in survival minecraft

Whenever i try to sleep in my survival world it says no amount of rest can pass this night, to change this i need to change the gamerule playersleepingpercantage but I can't do that i survival with cheats disabled. Is there somone who knows how to fix this problem, if so please help me. Thank you!
