How to use upload_file with stream

Hi, I notice that there's a stream option in upload_file.
My purpose is to upload_file without the path.
It says:
:param io.BufferedIOBase stream: (optional) an opened io object to read into. if set, the to_path and name will be ignored
:param int stream_size: size of stream, required if using stream
I was wonder that the item argument in upload_file is necessary?
And how do I pass the file name when use stream?

I have foundthe solution:
Just pass a Path object to item parameter
iodata = BytesIO(data) folder.upload_file(item=Path('file_name', stream=iodata, stream_size=io.getbuffer().nbytes)
