Description
Add the tags to the OpenAPI explained section
- tags don't need to be defined at the top level
- there are some common extensions and in 3.2 some new fields
- there's a registry to go with that https://spec.openapis.org/registry/tag-kind/index.html
- add some tips on how to use them well.
