with https://github.com/OASIS-learn-study/swissarmyknife-minecraft-server, we can eventually get rid of the ugly src/ops.json here.

Not doing it just yet because I still have to test things E2E. Also don't want to break any upcoming demos 😸

There is actually a kind of "chicken and egg" initial bootstrap issue of how one sets up the initial luck perms configuration, which still makes this useful to have... one possible way around it, if we are concerned about smooth initial set up (I am actually not particularly, once it works...) would be to have an out-of-band (OOB) way to get into the console of the Sponge server - not sure yet how best; but either way Low Prio, to me.
