Deployment and Config documentation

Greetings!

I searched and felt I need to post here..

1. Is there a step-by-step documentation on apis independent deployment and
   configuration with SAML IDP.
   Yes, I looked at https://github.com/OAuth-Apis/apis/tree/master/apis-surfconext-authn
   but I need wiki/debugging guidance or more documentation ;
   it appears that apis authorization server with this plugin acts as SP for SAML IDP?

2. Same as above, documentation on custom authentication module plugin..

3. Postgresql support

Any pointers are highly appreciated.
